Very old property only few room open and no breakfast and they say breakfast included

It’s close to the airport Although breakfast was included in the rate, there was no breakfast available, and we were told we would be reimbursed USD 15 per night, but that never happened. The shuttle service is terrible. It took about an hour and a half to arrive, and on the way back they simply didn’t have enough capacity, so we had to pay for an Uber

The place was in dire need for improvements. we found out they were shutting the hotel down the end of May. the restaurant was not open. The pool area was not open. Photos made it look like all of that stuff was good to go and could be used. But it wasn't.

Shuttle service to airport for early flight. Booking a spot on that shuttle without worrying about there being a spot for us. Distance of room from the elevator, since one elevator was not in operation.

Close to airport the shuttle was very convenient. The elevator was down in the front of the building it was a long walk to our room.

Property was not in business on arrival Not knowing they are closed earlier than arrival.

After confirming our reservation in the morning, when we arrived at midnight after a long flight. The facility was closed, everything was closed. We found out later the health department had closed the entire building down. 12:30 am and I’m trying to find another place to stay for the night. Luckily the uber driver stuck around for us…
