Close to airport and Raymond James stadium. Safe and clean. Had to request hair dryer and they only had one. Check in clerk was rude to my husband. He smokes and she felt the need to mention that he smelled of smoke and then spray air freshener while we stood at desk. Found that rude to do that to him in front of others.

Nothing The staff were rude. The building was run down. There were soft spots in the floor all over the hotel. The room was dingy. The ac filter hadn’t been changed in months. Not a real breakfast included just bags of oatmeal or boxed cereal.

Old. Needs to be updated. Room is sketchy. Needs a remodel bad.

Nothing it was dirty I was on vacation and had to throw out my own trash get my own paper toilet they have house keeping for only when u leave. It was crazy I would clean the pool because it was dirty. And I had a couple of bugs in my room as well. Everything continental breakfast was cup cakes and coffee everyday some employees were nasty and to top it off I was staying in a hotel that they also room homeless people which I think they should specify that they do that. It’s not fair to paying customers that want a vacation hotel not where the staying customer has to do there job I would not recommend this hotel to people for vacation stay.

Easy to find It said breakfast at 6 o’clock. We went down there at 6:30 and 7 They didn’t have breakfast ready until about 7:15 so we couldn’t stay because we had to leave for our flight.

There were ants in the windows that got into my luggage. Then there were other flying insects in bathroom. When reported, he said sorry. You can move to different room. No —. How about return my money. How about you helping to move us to different room. How about compensation for the trouble.

The area was close to airport. Last mon bookings got room great rate Arrived got our key. Didn't work for the room... had go back to desk and lady put is on completely different room. Found cockroach crawling on the floor Lots dust or seemed to be dead skin on floor underneath bed and on the bed frame

It’s was near the event I went There was no light, the front desk never attended us or call us
