I was disappointed, felt the property not up to par with other La Quintas , old motel feel. First time I had No clothes cabinet of any kind to hang my clothes. Poor internet connection. Alarm clock I couldn’t set that went off at 6am. Walls had numerous scratches on the gray paint- dingy.

Amazing staff....the manager was so professional and helpful....the pool was lovely....everything was perfect. I wished we stayed longer.

Staff- really nice Condition. Foul smell upstairs lobby interior. No elevator. Property very tired.

Hotel was fine except they had a couple of Veteran Limo type vans parked by our room. They came in middle of night and had beeping noises for a while which woke us up.

The bed worked. The staff guy behind the desk showed no interest in providing any kind of service. I had booked the room 6 weeks in advance with clear instructions for a downstairs-only room, only to get there with a 2nd-story room and NO elevator. I'm awaiting hip replacement surgery, so getting our luggage up and down the stairs was a major event with great difficulty, and the staff person couldn't have cared less. The room was minimally adequate, with dark lighting, no closet, and a door that shut but with obvious cracks around various sides, making it feel insecure. Fortunately, at leastt the shuttle service to and from the airport did work well. But I would never stay here again, regardless of the price.

It is accessible to restaurants, the airports and beaches! I stayed there with my family from June 01 to June 08, 2026, and from the very first day to the last, there were cockroaches in the room. The only solution they offered was fumigation. The key cards were defective and had to be replaced every day, and to top it all off charged me a $250.00 smoke fee- even though we don't smoke.

We went else where Rooms outdated. Along with the building. Going up the stairs the corridor was like a oven and felt stuffy.
