SpringHill Suites by Marriott Tampa Westshore Airport

Great hotel! The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and everything was wonderful. The only downside was that we couldn’t use the pool because it was under renovation. Other than that, we had a great stay and would come back again.

The staff was very friendly and attentive but the hotel was under construction and the pool was not in operation. They should put it at the time of booking.

No access to pool or hot tub

The staff were the best, they let us have an early check on, because plans changed. As helpful as could be.

Staff at check in were extremely friendly and helpful with great restaurant suggestions and quick back route to rental car drop off. Friendly kitchen staff had a warm breakfast out early for our departure

Always a pleasure to stay at Springhill Suites and would recommend.

Decent location and OK room We were not informed that construction was on until 6 o’clock every night The pool was closed, which I was looking forward to relaxing in And I got hit for $12 parking charge All these things were not posted properly when booking this room

Clean great room Staff was very slow at front desk. Considering there was a reservation. 2nd person came out after waiting 10 minutes

Hotel undergoing some refurbishment, not stated on the website. Otherwise staff were very helpful & friendly. Substantial breakfast on offer . Only stayed for one night air conditioning very noisy.

The breakfast was fine They could provide more linens for the trundle bed. My nephews had to share

Room was clean Lobby and pathway area are old looking and didn’t smell good

The hotel is under exterior renovation. This was never stated on the website.The crew awakes you at 8 am to hammering .and this is the note that's all over the hotel.i have never seen anything like this before.

Nice Pool and sounding the hotel. Booked Pick up from Airport don’t work, mail connection without any answer. My room hasn’t light enough. The curtains were destroyed and didn’t work. The breakfast unhealthy and only plastic dishes
