La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Francisco Airport N

The hot breakfast was very nice it consisted of eggs some type of meat there were hash browns as well as cereal and waffle maker I will say that the front desk staff was more than helpful there is a lovely middle-aged Hispanic lady who works the front desk on the weekdays during the mornings she was absolutely fantastic I was trying to walk to a Catholic mass she gave me directions to the nearest church I was able to find it easily I also found out while I was there that my grandmother passed away the same lady went above and beyond to make sure that I was okay and she doesn't even know me the only thing I can say that was bad was the airport shuttle doesn't seem to actually run on a reliable schedule but other than that it was a great day I look forward to coming back to San Francisco again soon

We were in a separate building behind the main building. The check-in clerk was not very helpful and just pointed in the back and said, " You are in the other building." Didn't offer us a map until we asked.

Nice room size and bathroom Hard, flat pillows. Breakfast was busy. Parked next to security, they were always laying down on their phone, every time morning and evening.

Amazing staff and food

One of or is the most unrest full night I have spent anywhere!! A dog 2 rooms down barked all night long and they did nothing about it, tried getting in touch with the hotel manager, no response at all!!!

I thought parking was free but it was not. Had an early flight so did not get to have breakfast and there was no coffee. Due to early flight we did not get to use hotel shuttle so we had to order an Uber. Also, we took hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel and waited for over an hour for it to pick us up. Other hotel shuttles went by twice while we waited. :( People were coming and going all hours of the night making it loud for sleeping. Pros: Hotel room was HUGE. There was an entire dressing, sleeping and office area. Property was new, clean and well maintained.

The staff was useful, rooms were clean, breakfast was great, and rooms were quiet despite the location. I would definitely stay here again.

Checking in was a nightmare, I didn’t anticipated of a $100 deposit for damages. I booked my room through Expedia and made a payment to them. I didn’t have the $100 in my debit card for the deposit and I couldn’t transfer to my account because it was 10pm. Long story short, the receptionist told me that I couldn’t use another card. She proceeded to ask what could I do on my end to pay, I explained I had the money on my other card and she still refused to checked me in. Finally, I was able to do the transfer and ended up checking in and not having to wait until 12 am like she had suggested. As we were getting ready to go to bed I noticed I had forgotten to pack toothpaste. My husband proceeded to ask a different receptionist for toothpaste. She was rude her response was to ask what was the room number so she could charge it, I’ve never been charge for complimentary toothpaste, maybe la Quinta it’s a very low class hotel that they can give you a mini toothpaste after paying $188 for a remodeled room to by the way furniture was old drawers didn’t open, they advertised a mini fridge there was no fridge in the room. The carpet smelled dirty this hotel it’s old and not well maintained al least of the room I stayed in. I can only imagine how the old rooms looked. Breaks fast was good. Not a good experience.

I later got a call from someone who said they were the manager. The conversation was OK, however, he said they would call the people who check for vermin, and would call me back. It has been two weeks. I will not be staying in anyone or their hotels going forward. Sad, because some of the other staff was very pleasant.
