Awful stay
-
Okay place for me had a great time exploring the area
-
While the property has potential, my recent stay was marred by significant operational and maintenance issues. Most notably, there was a complete lack of hot water during my visit. Compounding this, the front desk was consistently left unattended, making it impossible to report the issue or seek assistance. Additionally, the room itself is in desperate need of cosmetic and structural repairs. I hope management addresses these staffing and maintenance deficits promptly.

Cheap? You get what you paid for?
-
You definitely get what you pay for. Very run down property. No not water in the first room so I had to change. Tried 4 other rooms and had to settle for warm water cause they would not give refund. They have no amenities and it's a very sketchy area. 3 buildings in the back are abandoned but have hotel staff living in them. Really weird. Your room keys constantly need to be fixed at least once a day. There is no house keeping while you stay there. Only a few channels on the TV had sound. Only positive is the amount of restaurants and gas stations in walking distance

Overpriced for having roaches. Person knocking on my door at 3:40am. Unpleasant stay and will not stay again.

The property was unkept, no map to show directions to guest as the place was big. The lobby was not clean. We arrived late, had to wait a few minutes before someone showed up. He was nice. Left early morning before 5am due to work, no one’s at the desk. Tried calling to make sure check out was taken cared of, no answer and mailbox was not even set up for voice mail. Disappointed. The place is cheap, compared to enormous prices of hotels due to soccer games but it is way below my hotel standards. Sorry but being honest.

This place has become a dump! It was previously called CitiGarden. Back then, it was cleaner, free breakfast, refrigerators in rooms. All of that is gone now, and the motel has been for sale for about five years. Nothing is being repaired. The Asian buffet on the property is awful. The food is always burnt, and looks like leftovers from the day prior. Don’t waste your money. Popeyes Chicken across the street is a far cheaper and hygienically better option. This motel is fine for one night if no other options are available. If you have an option, go elsewhere, even if the price is higher.

The upkeep for the old hotel was decent for the location of it.
-
They do not have ice machine. The ice machines are there like they Have Not Work For Years?
-
No hot water.
-
Pictures arent the reality of the property. Very run down and you have to understand you're paying for what you get. Staff was great, housekeeping was great...no complaints except no hot water. Would stay again under circumstances.
-
easy parking and very clean room. Felt very comfortable there, but the property is old and needs some upgrades/renovations; however, overall good value

This was our second visit to Park Pointe. What a noticeable improvement! Rooms are being remodeled, new furniture, drapes, clean tiled bathroom, comfortable beds, freshly painted rooms, excellent condition! Due to drought, outside landscaping in sad shape and outside of building could use a coat of paint, ice machine out of order, however I was there for a clean bed and room! I plan on staying there again!
-
The room had a bad odor. Beds were dirty, carpet was dirty and smelled
-
All good but sometimes more needed on toilet blockage and leave things in each room to solve it first before complain to office but above all thank for staff for their care and good customer service

Great Stay!
