The room was decent and clean. I only slept literally overnight and got up and had to leave the next morning for an event. The parking situation is a little rough because a lot of small. Had to drive around the building a few times before I was able to find a part. Staff was pretty nice though I did appreciate that. There was a slight issue with my reservation but they were able to get it taken care of pretty quickly.

Hotel en las fotos y no me llevaron al aeropuerto cuando yo lo necesitaba me Tocó que pagar un Uber

I think the photos were taken 20years ago.

Okay for a short stay and visit the city, on a budget trip.

Clean and convenient! Great location, about 10 minutes from the airport. With an early morning flight, took me 30 minutes to drive to the airport, return my rental car, and be at my gate. Would stay in SF again!

Friendly staff. Clean room.
-
In short, the breakfast was terrible; there wasn't really a breakfast—just coffee and hard, cold donuts.

Exceptional

Staff were helpful. I was given a room with almost zero day light due to a tree I front of it, room 205. I recommend removing the tree. I complained and got a better room. The hotel is to be expected for its rating.

Clean. Great location for SFO. Easy check in.
-
Love the staff and how they decorated the hotel as Mexican theme. The staff took an owenership of their job and I really enjoyed the stay and nice breakfast.

wish the tv screen mirroring wasn’t broken

It was easy to get to. This place needs a serious overhaul. There was not enough lighting in the room. There was a lot of ants on the bathroom counter and the dresser in the room. The furniture was really old. When I went into the room, I felt like I was walking into an old film noir film. There wasn’t enough luggage carts and the hallways need new carpeting.
-
The furnishings in our room were shabby, the top surfaces on a table and dresser were damaged, the dresser was missing a handle on one of the drawers, and there were ants on the sink. The sink had no counter space for any of our toiletries or toothbrushes. The hide a bed was very uncomfortable. Parking lot was full, even though we paid for parking. The breakfast was the worst we have seen on our trip. The room was nothing like the photos that were shown on Hotels.com, and the 7.6 rating was waaaay too high. I would give it a 5, Poor. We left 2 days early, even though the paid for room was non-refundable.

Airport shuttle Old! And lack of facilities when there is nothing to do around
-
There is no space for parking, there is a fee for daily parking but is noy guarantee that you’ll find a space, so I had to park on the street every night. The staff is very helpful, 3rd floor had a ALL day noise next to the elevator, the free beakfast was ok, just I wish they had more fruits or other options to eat, but in general is a good Hotel to stay due to proximity of the airport and has Free shuttle!!
-
Airport shuttle is a plus. Room was a fancy motel 6 but clean & quiet and a good price for an expensive city. Staff was miserable. There was a long line to check in & one attendant. Finally after standing to check in for 20 min. A second employee arrived. Unfortunately the line was gone. Could have used her a little earlier. The woman that checked me in spoke in a whisper. I could not make out what she was saying-And never mentioned breakfast or any amenities . Just handed me the key- didn't even tell me where the room was

Needs better parking and refrigerator/microwave in units.
-
No car parking That don’t have car parking and they have ask me to cancel my booking after going there.

Pulling up i was skeptical. The place looked a little run down outside and parking was horrible. Don't judge a book by it's cover. Other than that the interior was clean and cozy and the staff was all polite and hospitable. There was no noise issues. The beds were super comfy. I will definitely stay there again. The shuttle wasn't bad either. Like I said I loved everything but the parking.
