Absolutely the best staff and customer service I've ever been a party to in any stay or Resort or anything that I have been able to participate in for vacation

Easy to find, bed was comfortable. Easy to park, quiet for being so close to highway and airport. Bathroom cleaning needs to be more through, rinsing hair that was not mine when I first turn it on is not ideal. Bed was clean though.

Just an average place to stay nothing fancy although it is new but rooms feel hollow no pictures on the wall water pressure very poor in shower also leaked limited amount of ice you get per staff just not your home feel place very bland no amenities very basic place

Always clean and affordable

We booked based on price and reviews. This had good reviews. Lobby was clean and check in smooth. But that is where our experience ended being positive. We got to our room and it REEKED of cigarette smoke. We went back to desk to ask for a nonsmoking room and he said all rooms were non smoking and they were full so no changes he offered to spray deodorizer and we accepted that offer. Upon opening shades we then see that the floors had not been cleaned, like in a long time! Coffee stains and dirt dust and discarded pills on floor. Went back to desk and asked for a broom and the deodorizer as they still had not come to do that. He went to get it then decided he should do it. He followed me to room and was also shocked to see how bad the floors were, he swept the room and then said, let me go get a mop, and mopped. He sprayed the bed with deodorizer, and said he was sorry. It did smell better but then we went to dinner and upon getting back to the room the smell was back. It was BAD! On a road trip and now my travel pillow and other items smell… not a way to start a trip. No offer of compensation. Also, they only have 1 luggage cart they offer, for a hotel with 5 floors, at checkout, we waited and waited as someone took it to their room and were not in a hurry to leave, I asked if there were any others and she finally grabbed an extra but make me promise to bring it right back to the office…so just a extra issue. Probably would not stay here ever again. JMHO

The room was clean but a/c didn't cool well and the tv kept flickering. The shower leaked between the doors. Staff completed their job but not very friendly while doing it. When I checked out the guy didn't even look at me.

Good enough for an overnight before our flight. One bed had sheets that appeared dirty or stained maybe, glad I inly needed one bed. The fronts of the cabinets were dirty- greasy fingerprints and a spill on the floor.

Floor was sticky. There iwas public hair all throughout the shower. The hot water in the shower did not get very hot. The sheets were stained. Not impressed.

Location, kitchen

The room, though small, was clean, the bed comfortable. The staff members were polite. There was plenty of parking. The food options were a few minutes drive away. My only problem was the "hot" water for the shower. I was on the 4th floor; it took several minutes for the water to go from cold to warm. It never got close to hot.

Property was nice for the price. Big space. Room smelled of mildew a bit. Comfortable space. Loved the full refrigerator. Didn’t like that the Netflix button on reply didn’t work, and the button to stream from my phone to the tv also didn’t work. Overall, the stay was good. Would stay again

Room was clean and spacious. Pretty quiet other than the occasional plane flying overhead. Front desk was helpful. Good Mexican restaurant close by.

The shower had no hot water. The shower handle appeared to be broken. The room had a lot of outside noise which wasn't drowned out by our noise canceling machine. The room was furnished with old plastic dorm room furniture. We were very disappointed as Expedia gave the hotel an 8.4 rating. I will never use hotel 6 again and I will use a different travel app as well as I can no longer trust Expedia ratings.

room was very clean, staff was helpful with replacing broken room keys, pet area wasn’t great, there was no grass only mulch. lots of people hang around in the parking lot drinking and smoking.

I was very pleased with both of my stays. I like the affordability & distance to the airport. I didn’t have any issues at all & will stay again in the near future.
