Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Richmond Airport

The towels were nasty and the tiolet was backed up. Asked for new towels, housekeeping told me no. Would not stay here again.

The metal tissue holder attached to the side of the sink was empty and completely covered in rust. There was literally a hole in the bottom corner of the bathtub- I have pictures- Room 128

The owner was very disrespectful and canceled my stay. I was staying there on a for a week and they took my money.

Henhouse

stay away....hotel smells soo bad. The door to my room didn't lock. The TV was broken in my room and the side door on the first floor was a safety issue. The card reader didn't work, so the emergency exit door was left wide open for anyone to come in and out. We did not stay here after checking in, and deciding this hotel is horrible. Guess for 70.00 I should've expected this

The exhaust in bathroom had mold and insects. The breakfast was empty at 8am, no milk, no cream cheese, no coffee. Staff was not responsive.

Room was dirty, smelled musty, and everything was broken (toilet paper holder, towel holder). TV remote didn’t work so you couldn’t watch it. And the vacant room next to us had a smoke detector battery low so it beeped all night. Breakfast was non existent and the lobby smelled like weed. Even for the cheaper price, it wasn’t worth it. Won’t stop here again.

The place smells like cigarettes smoke everywhere

Hotel Diffently needs upgraded. Carpets are stained. Smelly

Good location if you're staying for a long time

Towels are old small and hard , buy new towels and use fabric softener , make them soft , other wise nice value nice new rooms and baths

looks like the pictures taken 30 years ago. large oily stains everywhere and terrible smell, had to keep window open whole night

I booked this for my daughter’s 30th anniversary. She said the desk person was hard to understand. Her room had holes in the carpet which was filthy. The bed was lumpy. The night stand was dirty. Without question, the worst lodging experience she could remember. My attempts to reach Hotels.com were fruitless. Maggie, the desk agent advised me she had issued a credit to Hotels.com. I hope to learn of a way to easily resolve issues like this in the future. After decades of doing business with Hotels.com this is my first less than ideal experience. I would like to be reached at my cell phone on record as I do not enjoy texting.

I would like to know why the manager said that he couldn't rent me anymore I paid for my 2 dogs and he was real nasty about what he said to me all I wanted to know is why and he did not give me back my deposit can someone please help me

Great bed, bad pillows. No tissues in the room or lamps. Only one light in the room. Clean and staff were very friendly.

Was suppose to be a full breakfast.Had muffins and bagels.I didn’t see anything to put on bagels.Waffles and cold cereal coffee and a questionable juice dispenser.I would have rathered went to Mc Donald’s.
