Location was great but the hotel is TOO OLD. None of the hotel room doors lined up and all had large gaps around them, the room across from us had at least a 2 inch gap from the top of the door to the frame. If someone was tall, you could see right in .they have 2 building the suites are in an adjacent building they must have bought up an old hotel from the 1950’s and added to their property. Non impressive entrance way and breakfast area looked too dirty to even want to go try it. and if you were in the suite and wanted to go have breakfast, you would have to cross the parking lot to get to the building with the breakfast area. our room number was 340 in the suites building and our lock was bolted on from the outside in the hallway with a screw. Anyone could’ve unscrewed it and would’ve been able to get into the room. also, my daughter could not sleep because she could actually hear the person snoring in the next room through the walls.One and done for me, would not return or recommend.

Everything was amazing the stay the check in the breakfast very nice and friendly if I ever come to Orlando again LA Quainta will definitely have my stay

The location was perfect and right across Universal.

It's nice and affordable

Breakfast was average. Juice bar wasn't full. Our room needed improvement like the key card didn't work sometimes, the coffee machine was lobsided causing spilling and the a/c was loud. But for a short stay, it was tolerable. Had this been the first La Quinta we stayed in, we would consider another hotel option.

All good just no working ice machine in our building.

I was notified when I arrived about the deposit. Told staff you should put it in booking the amount needed and terms. Staff talked to each other at desk in Spanish. Overall nice hotel. Less space for handicap parking.

We stayed two (2) nights after visiting Universal Studios. Beds were extremely hard and could not sleep. Also, no housekeeping for two (2) days. Breakfast was good and fair amount of variety. I don't think we would stay again.

Loved the friendly and accommodating staff. We were put in the second building which had hallways that smelled like smoke. Both ice machines were not working. Found a roach in our room. When we got moved to the main building for finding a roach the stay was much better. Building was cleaner and didn’t smell and there was no roaches.

The air conditioner on and off sound. The room is close to the elevator and ice machine hallway and you can hear the people talking around.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating and helpful.

It was close to the parks and shutlle made it easy to move around. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and had different options. There is a big outlet close by, a Wendy's and Walgreens.
