Good staff. Good breakfast options. Close to park and free shuttle.

We had a great stay. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was clean and included everything we needed, such as kitchen utensils, a stove, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The location is excellent, close to Universal Studios, with Walgreens and several restaurants within walking distance. Uber rides to International Drive and the Convention Center were very affordable, usually between $6 and $10. The free parking was an added bonus. Highly recommended!

The only thing I have to say besides it’s a great clean motel is that they might post a sign for guests to return the luggage carts I spent two hours last night bringing bags from my room out to the parking lot on a bad knee. So bad I couldn’t sleep last night. Searched all 5 floors and no carts anywhere. Talked to desk clerk and he thought they probably kept them in their room as no luck finding them. This morning took another hour as neither cart was brought back down. This is not the buyers fault. But unthoughtful guests. signage might help. I’m sure they didn’t think they caused a handicapped guest so much pain by not returning the carts

Everything was perfect, super nice staff, food, clean areas and room. A/C broke at the three days at night and next morning. Other than that our stay was good.

All the staff were great, helpful and polite. Suites with kitchenette, 2 beds, bath, small living room & desk was pretty good. Breakfast buffet in the morning was pretty good too. Tasty free coffee & tea in reception area was always well stocked (although offering ice water there too should be an essential). WiFi worked well in room. Beds were clean & cozy. The hotel amenities need improvement though. Pool closes early at 8pm and there’s no jacuzzi. The BBQ gas grills were completely broken and looked like they’ve been that way for years. The outdoor firepit hang out area advertised and highlighted in the pictures online never had a fire lit at all and likely never does. The hotel only had 2 luggage carts for the entire 500? rooms hotel (1 of them had a flat tire and barely worked) so you had to go hunting for one or wait for one for too long. Hotel easily needs to buy 10+ more luggage carts and put them on every floor near every elevator and plenty more in the lobby (I had to hunt on every floor to find one, twice). That way guests can quickly find them when checking in and out. Overall the staff were stellar and the room was good, but the amenities all need to be upgraded and some TLC.

This location was a little below expectations. Service was ok - room for improvement. Rooms could use some dusting, especially behind and under the couches and bed. Breakfast was standard - sausage, eggs, cereals, oatmeal, waffles, etc. Always appreciate a hot breakfast. Area was kept clean and stocked during our entire stay. We did use the convenience store and it is helpful to have one when you need essentials or just late night ice cream. Location is ideal to everything, especially Universal. We took advantage of the free bus shuttle and it was perfect! Didnʻt have to pay for parking or worry about where I parked the car. Overall, would stay here again.

The pool was nice. It needed to be skimmed after the windy night prior but the pool deck was clean and organized. The staff too almost 3 hours to bring any pool towels out. Also if your going to make only one area for smokers it would have been nice to have a bench out there There was hair all over our room. In the bed and bathroom mainly . The kitchen was clean

This was such a great place for my family to stay on our weeklong vacation. We stayed in a suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed so all 5 of us had a place to sleep. We appreciated how quiet our room was at night. I only heard other guests in the hotel a few times. The free breakfast was convenient and tasted good. The thing we all really loved was having a full-sized fridge and a place to cook. I have to be really carefully about what I eat for health reasons, so it was great to be able to cook my own food instead of going out and not knowing if I was going to feel sick afterwards. My family also enjoyed being able to store fresh fruits and vegetables in the fridge. Our room had 2 sizes of saucepans and a frying pan for cooking. There was a glass measuring cup, measuring spoons and a strainer. On one night, we wanted to cook something in the oven, but there wasn't any kind of a cooking sheet. We contacted the front desk and within 15-20 minutes they were able to provide us with one. The staff was great. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff were very polite and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Breakfast had a variety of foods included. The rooms are comfortable stayed 10 days with my wife and 8 year old soon. Location near Universal Studios, restaurants shopping areas.
