The room was always cleaned up and staff was very friendly. Nothing at this point and time.

Parking is a bit iffy. Had to park quite a distance away because of all the restaurants near by.

Property was great. Rooms cleaned everyday. Staff were helpful and very polite. Very close to Universal if want to walk. Only complaint is that they need more shuttle return times for people who want to come back to hotel earlier than 5:30. Definitely would stay here again

Close to universal Beds were hard and had a very hard time shutting off water in the shower

Hotel was good restaurants nearby in walking distance close to universal above all. The only problem is the shuttle although it’s provided by the hotel it only has a certain time of the day it runs from 8-5:30. Everything else is in the hotel was good.

The property is clean, but the linen smell bad and its itchy.

The accessibility to restaurants and Universal It could've been a bit more modern

The reception desk staff scanned my passport and put it in the machine for a longtime until my asking for return the passport to me．That made me feel unsafty． Ok

They have free parking lot, nice breakfast and the stuff working in front desk was nice.

Very average hotel. Breakfast is very basic.

Breakfast and room. Checkout time being at 11 is also nice giving an extra bit of time than the usual 10:00. The bathrooms in the main lobby were out of order for our whole stay, but we did see people working on them a couple times.

This is our go-to hotel anytime we visit Orlando. Location is perfect. Walking distance to Universal.
