Holiday Inn & Suites Orlando I-Drive Theme Parks by IHG

Stopped one night and checked out . This is a budget hotel and not a holiday destination . Lots of better hotels around .

We loved our stay. Close to Disney and the outlets. Super nice staff and clean hotel.

My whole experience here was fantastic from beginning to end. From the quick check-in, friendly staff, well maintained and clean property, pool area, parking lot, restaurant, it was all 2 thumbs up! Not a single complaint. You can tell the staff cares, best hospitality I've ever experienced. Will be back and recommend to all my friends!

Clean room, nice staff, breakfast ok. Fruits were great. Had the usual breakfast - bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs

Then it came back and he started helping people that just walked in me and 2 other people waited an hour for our room

Great location , centralized to everything in orlando , that's fun. The staff were very kind.The rooms were clean.The buildings kept very well maintained, highly recommend this location.It's where I'll be staying from now on.When I go to orlando , save your money and stay at this location.

Excellent experience.

The staff was consistently unhelpful and came across as rude, which made the experience even more frustrating. The pull-out bed was in terrible condition—uncomfortable, dirty, and difficult to set up. It was nearly impossible to get sheets or pillows for it, so if you plan on using it, you’re honestly better off bringing your own air mattress. Housekeeping stops after 3 PM, which is inconvenient, and overall the staff treats guests more like a burden than valued customers. Customer service was extremely poor from start to finish. I will not be staying here again and would not recommend this property to others.

Hotel room window had NO curtains. When the sun rises, you better be ready to rise for the day as well. Absolutely will not be staying here again.

Excellent service overall.

Putting gratuity automatically onto the bill does not make it an option. Tips should be earned and not expected. Subpar service should be known; mostly by a stingy tip. If not, how else will they know to perform better?

The pool was warm Bathroom lock didn’t work none of the switches worked pool was so small. Employees tried to make me pay for my breakfast when I already paid with my stay.
