We check in and our sheets on the bed where from the previous guest the night manager had to change them. We stayed for a week and they refused to even change our towels. Also our toilet had plumbing issues when we checked in and they expected us to plug it.

The hotel and staff were great. Our room smelled clean( I love the Clorox smell which means it was cleaned)and looked very clean. The only issue I had was the continental breakfast. The only thing my mom and son saw in the bar were bagels, bread and Oreo cookies. There was items to make a waffle but that was it. No fruit or anything else. Maybe we were down too early before they could get everything out. Other than that it was very nice and comfy.

Free breakfast was not as advertised. They only served waffles, bread and bagels, everything else advertised were to be purchased. Bathroom had no place to dry towels whether hand or bath towels. Only 1 extremely small bar of soap was placed in room. Location was great, ample parking, helpful staff.

We liked location, free parking, complementary breakfast. The facility is well maintained and clean.

While the hotel boasts a great location near plenty of shopping plazas and stores, a few unexpected inconveniences impacted my stay. First, the rooms lack microwaves, meaning you have to walk down to the lobby every time you want to heat up food. Additionally, stay-over housekeeping is only available upon request, which was a first for me. I was also surprised to find they charge a fee of $10 for receiving Amazon packages, a service most other hotels provide for free. The $10 fee is per package, so if you have three packages; it’ll be $30!

The property is new and a bit boutique like. It has a great location 14 minutes to Disney and walking distance to Outlet mall. We will stay here again. Very nice.

There was only a desk chair in my room, no comfortable chair for watching TV.
