Downtowner Inns - Houston Downtown

Place was very clean and well maintained.

Great for a one night stay if you are partying in the downtown area.

Located 1 to 2 miles away from downtown, the Rooms are well equipped, clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have stayed for 5 days and had a great experience. Would love to come back and stay whenever possible.

Super clean room including bedding. Close to midtown and downtown. Great price.

The room was spacious and clean, with every corner spotless. Bed was very comfy and water pressure was great! Kids enjoyed the breakfast waffles and we loved the variety of coffee options. There was some street noise that couldn't be avoided but not too bad. We had a car but I don't think there were many dining or tourist activities within walking distance. We only stayed one night but would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

Staff were very kind and the room was clean and modern. The area surrounding the hotel is run down and sketchy.

It was very nice room with everything I needed and the staff was kind. The air conditioning was super cold! It was wonderful. I didn’t eat the breakfast because I didn’t want to get up early, but they did have options to get breakfast which is nice. I only stayed a couple days but I’d definitely stay again :)

Stayed here for a quick trip one night to see the Astros play Requested a bottom room and were able to accommodate. Room was exceptionally clean . Would stay here again .

Room was clean when we checked in and housekeeping did a good job daily Bed and pillows were comfortable, slept well both nights Front desk staff were friendly and check-in was quick Location is convenient Cons: Walls were thin. Could hear doors and talking from the hallway Overall: It was an okay stay for the price. Nothing special, but it covered the basics. I’d stay again if I needed something convenient, but I would request a room away from the ice machine
