Reviews

Great location and property was well maintained.
-
Hilton City Center was a perfect spot for us to be able to walk to & from majority of the things we were doing for the weekend.
-
From check in to check out, everyone was super helpful at the front desk. Our room on the 17th floor was perfect and we will definitely stay again!

Clean rooms, great staff, friendly hotel bar. Great as a place to stay, but definitely not as destination. It’s more of a business class hotel or a crash pad than somewhere that is a part of the trip. Also valet parking is $65 a night, which makes having a car there very expensive.

The room was so clean n amazing!

The hotel was in a perfect location, within walking distance of numerous restaurants and shops. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The property itself was kept in excellent condition, and the bar served some great drinks. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I would happily return.

Great location

No pool.

Parking fee's were outrageous. The breakfast allowance barely or not all covers the charges and the difference is charged to the room. Even coffee is charged separately per person. Hotel should advise visitors about the FREE bus service on 16th street which runs from the Capital building to Main Rail Station. Many city tours begin at the Main Station.

Great weekend getaway. Staff was friendly and the room was nice.

Location was very good for me. I ate in the restaurant for breakfast; my entree was excellent. The room was blessedly cool with no restrictions on temperature. Bathroom toiletries were of a good brand. WiFi was way to connect. The lighting was well thought out and bedside outlets easily accessible for a c-pap. Restful decor and a good walk-in shower. However, while not that important, no shower cap was provided and they did not replenish the makeup removal wipe packet. I also noted that the lobby revolving door motion sensor needed adjusting ( had to be cautious to not get bumped )

The location is great for things if you want to be in the city. It’s close to everything and not far from the airport! It has a wonderful breakfast selection and a Starbucks onsite as well! Well there is a $100 per night deposit that I was not aware of until we showed up so they tacked $700 onto my stay. Stayed it shows this in their website, but not on booking.com. The beds are absolutely horrible! It was like sleeping on the floor with just a bit of cushion. I ended up buying foam toppers to place on the beds to get us through the week. That made it bearable somewhat! Very upset about this because we were constantly exhausted on our trip bc of the beds. This hotel is primarily I’d say for business travelers not families on vacation! No pool or breakfast buffet. There is a cap on the amount you have allotted for breakfast in your hotel fees.

Clean room and good service

This hotel was a perfect stay for a downtown Denver experience

Was hit with a $100 A NIGHT "incidentals" that was not previously communicated to me. The airport had better toilet paper. Otherwise the room was fine. Iron & board wirked. Tv worked. Roommate loved the "rainshower" shower. If you dont live in a noisy city, nightime sirens might annoy you. Target is 2 blocks away. I felt the breakfast was unduly expensive.

Goated.

Very clean

I truly enjoyed my trip and the hotel staff were amazing and well informed

The place is really nice, it’s very clean. I found the valet staff to be exceptional. I would call the place more pet tolerant than pet friendly, only because the nearest place for doggy relief area is about two blocks away.
