Amazing location as you can walk everywhere and the complimentary breakfast is amazing.

We had a rocky check in as our room was not available and we had to be put in another hotel for the night. Spoke to the manager the next day as the room we were given was not equal to what we had booked and he was great at ensure we were given a satisfactory resolution. All other hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious was nice to have the additional living space to chill after a long day. Breakfast was plentiful and location was spot on. 5 min walk to the free 16th street bus. Would stay again

It’s my second time staying here over the last couple years. Very convenient location in downtown Denver with many places in walking distance. The room was comfortable and they have a decent hot breakfast. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Breakfast buffet was outstanding.

Love the hotel and room I stayed in in general, look forward to booking again in September!

Bedding was clean. That's the extent of positives. Side note: I paid nearly $500 for a night on what was apparently a busy night in Denver. I'd be less critical if it were in the $189 range, which is where this property should max out. Also: The parking situation is confusing. They tout that their garage parking is in the building and connected to their elevator, but they don't own the garage nor do they give particularly clear direction on how billing works. There's a QR code - that's about as much information as you'll receive from the front desk. BTW they don't have said QR code at the desk, which seems like it would make sense, but...

I showed up and apparently the room i was going to stay at had flooded so they sent me to another hotel off of downtown, all of our plans were made around this hotel so it was kind of a inconvenience.

Clean room and a pretty solid complimentary breakfast. Didn't visit rhe bar as was only there for one night. Good location and reasonable price.
-
Room was a fabulous size with large tv, couch, kitchen and king bed. Great layout, very comfortable bed. All good.
-
The location was very comfortable, easy to go anywhere. The breakfast was great.

The Residence Inn served its purpose for me, the room was great with the exception of the peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling…needed refreshing for sure. The refrigerator was a definite plus along with the kitchen set up. Bed was comfortable. The parking fee was outrageous at $44 a day, and the parking garage was somewhat dangerous, but that is not the hotels fault, careless drivers…the breakfast was just “ok” but appreciated….side note, when we checked in, there was a group of men, and they were given complimented bottles of water, it was not offered to us at all… and then the next day when we were at the front desk, two women checking in were offered a complimentary glass of wine at the bar, when I asked about that, it was ignored…the cleaning staff was excellent, and if you met up with them in the hallways, they were very gracious to hand us supplies that we that we needed. All in the hotel was a fair deal…except for the parking.

This place was very nice. Convenient to shopping and dining. 1 1/2 blocks to catch the free bus on 16th street.
-
$150 hold upon arrival.. higher than any other hotel. TV didn't work even after tech came to the room twice and changed net box, many areas not cleaned well, and damaged.
