Hyatt Centric Downtown Denver

As far as cleanliness: the show alphas beard shavings, A LOT of them! There were no trash liners in the track cans and the sheets had black marks all over them. It appeared to be marker…? It’s a beautiful hotel but the rude staff very much killed the vibe. :-(

Very clean and beautiful styled rooms. The view and location was excellent. As for the $100 deposit, It’s been 7 business days and still haven’t got my deposit back yet. I asked for a printed receipt when checking out and was told to contact the 3rd party website I booked my stay at for a receipt. I like to see what was charged on my card on file upon check out and was denied a simple printed receipt.

The rooms were disappointing, I booked it by the name but it was totally let down. The bed had hair in it. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, and could hardly sleep at night in that bed.

Hotel was adequate, with good location to walk to 16th street area, Convention center, Coors Field. Valet parking price was insane…we parked in a garage across the street with in and out privileges for 3 nights for less than cost for one night at hotel. Rooms were decent, clean, desk staff pleasant. There was a bad odor entering the hotel. Rooftop bar sounded interesting, but wasn’t open first night and was closed for a private event the next night. We had breakfast at Apple Blossom one morning— staff were super friendly and food was good. Overall, hotel was fine but underwhelming.

Also I saw a couple bugs crawling around and I was on the 12th floor.

The property was very clean. Everything was very nice. Needing a security card to get in the elevator and up to your room and in the door was great because it keeps out people that are not wanted or shouldn’t be there. The valet service was very good. overall it was a great experience. The room was very clean and had everything in it that I could possibly need.

This hotel was the absolute best in Denver!!! We loved loved loved it!!!! Carla decorated the room for us before our arrival and my best friend was blown away!!!! This hotel is a must stay, and the staff was phenomenal!!!! The hotel breakfast and coffee was delicious too!!! We loved it!!!!

Great hotel, great location. Only complaint is spending all the money I did to stay their 5 nights and not having a mini fridge or a microwave in my room.

This property had some really nice, clean rooms. Staff was friendly at check in and that was my only interaction as I had to leave early.

The location is another great advantage, as the surrounding area is very walkable, with plenty of restaurants, attractions, and places to explore within a short distance. The only disappointing part of our stay was the breakfast service. The staff member in charge appeared very stressed and not very welcoming, likely due to the many complaints from guests. The biggest issue, however, was the lack of organization and replenishment, as food and basic items ran out frequently, creating an unpleasant experience each morning. Aside from the breakfast experience, the hotel, facilities, and overall service were excellent, and we truly enjoyed our stay.
