The Westin Charlotte

Paint peeling furniture showing use and ice makers on your floor don’t work. Definitely needs updating and carpets need replacing. I was expecting a much nicer,cleaner plusher room for the rate paid. As a Bonvey member I couldn’t recommend the Westin in Charlotte NC

I don't understand why/how this fee has been implemented as far as the hotel goes there has not been any upgrades to the property. It was a good stay overall, but unfortunately may be my last stay at this hotel. :(

Great location and well maintained property. Walkable to BoA stadium. Room service was quick and bar downstairs had great drinks. Easy parking and check in through mobile app. Overall awesome stay.
