Easy valet drop off and checkin. Loved the efficient elevator system, which resulted in less waiting. Bar and restaurant staff were great. Breakfast was delicious!

Location, room, separate shower and toilet, large bathroom. Customer service, elevators- they were amazing! Very secure! Issue with the room at check in- but the hotel responded right away and corrected it.

No mini bar in the rooms! Corner rooms (like 1007) get so much light from the outdoor neons located on the hotel building.

I’ve stayed in much better JW Hotels. It’s ok but essentially a basic hotel room with nicer finishes (bathroom and so on). I reserved a concierge level room but then wasn’t given one. Was given concierge lounge access but only found it useful for diet cokes. An ok JW in an ok area.
