Great location, super staff interactions, lovely eco-centric hotel across the board. The bed was ridiculously comfortable on top of it all. I’d stay here again.

Hotel was great. One issue and not that important was the bathroom sliding door came off the tracks when closed. But overall I would give it a 9 out of 10

Super clean, comfortable and amazing value. I highly recommend! Cleaning came very late for me, mostly after 2 on floor 8.

This hotel was one of the nicest hotels that I have stayed at in a very long time. The staff was super friendly and the hot made to order breakfast was also very good! I have a new hotel to stay at now in Uptown Charlotte.

Hard to find the entrance, Google Maps, has entrance as the interstate on ramp. Everything else was top notch, staff very attentive, hotel very clean and modern. Room was small but very nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything about the property was fine, but in the room, not so much. When the sheets were pulled down on one of the beds, there was a spot of blood on the sheets. And old food had been left in the microwave. These problems were raised at the desk and to our delight, the room was comped!

Good except for parking I think when they’re over parked you have to like park on the ninth floor and then sometimes you make it turned around because they want the staff to come walk you up and let you in so that can be a hassle but overall it was really good

Good. Situated in a very congested building. Parking is a pain. Also it's mentioned as Westin not Marriott, though they both are same. Would have been better to identify if mentioned.

Excellent staff, but the bathroom was disgusting!

Noise from the traffic on the highway outside. Barn doors on the bathrooms are the worst, lacks privacy.

The location was perfect for my stay, withing walking distance of most things I came to do. The side of the hotel my room was on was beside a busy road that had very loud cars drive by, kids, in the evenings and night. I assume it would not have been so bad on the other side of the building

It was very appealing because I could enjoy a different breakfast every morning, and it was also convenient to be able to eat breakfast at the hotel.
