Royal Inn Charlotte Airport Hotel

It’s a very old property; like a 1950s motor hotel. The clientele was up holding a very loud party until past 3am. No intervention by the hotel despite the excessive noise well past any reasonable time. Would not go back there.

Clean stay very nice area

Nothing fancy. Good value

Room didn't have air conditioning on and was hot and stuffy. The bar lock was falling off the door. Windows are not secure.

We arrived and immediately left without spending the night. The check in desk experience was frightening. This is not a place I recommend staying at.

Hotel would be vastly improved if privacy of guests was respected. Markers in luggage and around medications indicated that staff tampering took place. Roaches were documented throughout the bathroom and sleeping area. Reservations at this hotel will only be made as a last resort if ever again.

This was a very sketchy motel that I had to leave after I saw cockroaches on the floor and people looking in my car. Horrible experience. I only spent 45 minutes there. More security needed.

Room was a room. secluded.. funny odor in the room. Condom near phone ook. No cleaned. Bathroom was clean

I had booked online for my room check in was fast and easy im not gonna lie the room did smell like cat piss but other than that everything worked well and was good

Bed was like a rock. Room was old and needs an update. House keeping didn’t fully clean the room before me as there was garbage under the bed

Out room looked like it had recently been remodeled and was very nice.

I went to reception area. They didn't have kettle at all. just coffee machine. but no option to boil water for tea. Poor service.
