Shuttle was nice and convenient for an early morning flight out of Charlotte. Our stay was fine - just needed somewhere to sleep for the night. Had to leave early and didn’t get breakfast.

Hotel was under renovations, which was not disclosed when making the reservation and you had to pay to park at the hotel. I have never had to do that before. Most staff were friendly. We were only there for one night but if I were staying for any length of time, I would have been very disappointed.

To many OD in the area went to check was approached by a crackhead and asked for money.. took my ans my daughter else where

The beds and room were super comfortable and clean with a nice layout. One thing I wish it had was a fan in the bathroom or a sink in a room outside the shower.

It would be nice to now when you post it online that it is under construction. I also called prior stating that there will be three of us coming at 11:30 pm can we have the couch turned down. They said yes and it never happened. We had to ask for sheets, blankets and pillows and make our own bed ar midnight. The breakfast was fine but it just didn’t feel clean with booths that weren’t wiped and torn benches. Again I get the value of the lower price but it would be nice to know you are under construction prior booking. I could have spent $20 more and be in a much nicer facility.

Stay was okay, they are renovating though so have open mind when to making a decision.

This could have been a 4.5 rating, the significant downgrade are for two reasons, expectation to pay $10/night for parking and inadequate supply of coffee pods for the length of the stay.

I booked this one because it said it had a pool, but the pool had been out of service for sometime

In the middle of updating physical facilities. Charged for parking.had to put a $50 deposit for room- what? Hard to find- signage inadequate.

We got a great price on a 2-room suite, which was perfect for our needs. Everyone was helpful and friendly, and they have a shuttle from the airport too.

I have never left earlier before from any hotel in the past, and from this one I did, I can't stay in there where the Marijuana smell was so strong that I was getting sick and my mother as well, the night shift staff was very rude to me when my key stop working and I went to reception to request the service of repair she even rolled her eyes on me and only make one key work, breakfast was the only thing I can say was ok, and clean! But besides that everything else, the ice machine not working 😕, the sofa bed so damaged. Totally bad.

I was looking forward to laying by the pool, it was closed. Other than that the staff were excellent and all who worked there. I would definitely recommend it, but if you want a pool check to see if it’s complete
