Was very close to downtown, only a couple miles, so convenient. Had just been remodeled, and it was very nice and clean.

Nice stay, would stay again. Pool was clean, room was clean. Reasonable rate. Worked for me!

Good location. Beds were comfortable. Nice size refrigerator. Room was clean. Dylan at the front desk was very friendly and nice. Room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I even called the front desk to ask if it was a smoking g room. Dylan apologized and said he would move us but the hotel was completely full for the night. We also saw a large cockroach in the bathroom area that I had to kill. We were on the second floor and there are no elevators if someone had mobility issues.

Since this appeared to be a refurbished older property at a really good price, I wasn’t expecting much, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The room was completely updated, large, and very clean. The breakfast buffet was good, the pool was sparkling, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

When I arrived, there was a black bear rummaging through an overflowing trash can. Plus, the room assigned to me had a huge roach on the wall which I saw as soon as I entered. I asked for a different room away from the wooded area where the bear retreated to and a better room that was bug free. The staff person granted my request for which I was very thankful. The breakfast buffet was good and the food was fresh and hot. Overall, I was satisfied after my concerns were addressed.

I love staying here I have a service dog and he's always treated nicely. My daughter and I stay here when we come to Asheville. It's a convenient location on tunnel road. The rooms are always nice and clean and the staff is always friendly and the food is pretty good too.

Older property, somewhat up to date, however the rooms especially bathroom and floors were very dirty. Ventilation was not ideal either...

Great value. Clean and well appointed.

Room was clean but wasn't made up one of the days were there. Had an issue with the toilet but that was quickly fixed. The air conditioning unit cycled constantly, which kept my wife up...but the only option was to turn it off which made the room hot.

Very nice property and close to everything. Clean, comfy, quiet room. Great parking right outside room. Good, hot breakfast. Property only had one outside pool and no inside pool as pictures indicated. No big deal, didn't have time to swim. Pretty gazebo that was lit up at night if you wanted to sit outside. The only negative thing I have to say is the shower head needs to be high powered. It seemed to take longer to shower because of it. Just say NO to low flow! Definitely will stay here again though.

Everything and everyone were awesome. The only problem was the floors were sticky, probably from the cleaner they use. Just bring your slippers. I would recommend this property.

The room was nice and suited our needs for an overnight stay. However, very early the next morning, we were disturbed by a dog barking continuously for about 15 minutes, so instead of being able to sleep a little longer, we just got up and checked out.

The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly and quick during check-in and check-out. Not very noise, but you could hear the people outside. Overall was a good place for my one night stay.

A very nice dog-walking area and a charming gazebo. There is a pool. Great price for bringing a dog to the motel. Good in-room amenities—everything needed for a comfortable stay. Polite receptionist. Cleanliness of the room. Narrow parking spaces are the only downside.
