SpringHill Suites by Marriott South Bend Notre Dame Area

The hotel was extremely busy with youth sports teams, but the staff remained attentive and kind. Rooms were updated and comfortable and above all else clean. Will stay again!

Average rooms. Comfortable. Upon check in TV’s on 4th floor not working. We were not informed of this after checking in and receiving keys. Poor communication. Conflicting reasons from management why the TVs not working. However, they moved us to 3rd floor and TV’s worked. Also the breakfast hours posted on the sign did not coincide with the correct times. On weekends breakfast supposed to be until 10am. However at 9 am, they were putting breakfast away. I observed with my own 2 eyes a worker in the pool area on her phone, when she was supposed to be working the front desk. The phone kept ringing at front desk with no one there to answer it. Also we way overpaid for the rooms, no one’s fault but mine. And the location was bad!

We went for our son Notre dame graduation and everything was wonderfull ,so close to ND, clean,variety of restaurant around it,culver's(delicious hamburgers) in the property,they put a GRAD background for photos and a table with snacks for grab them,lot of choices for breakfast,safe neighborhood

Very clean, excellent staff and a great breakfast. I will definitely use Springhill Suites again.

There a group of teenagers partying and were very loud in the hallway. Had to call front desk. They eventually went back to their rooms at midnight.

I received two plastic water bottles upon check-in, which seemed weird. The lobby was an ugly style and layout, but the rooms themselves were nice.

The room was very spacious and more than enough for my needs. I arrived late and only stayed 1 night so I could not fully evaluate the cleanliness, but it seemed good. - Hotel looks new, still has 'carpet smell' - rooms are clean and looks well maintained. - there's a Culver's next door for late night snack.

Good breakfast. Spacious room. Only issue is bad/irresponsible staffing model: one person to cover desk, bar and room issues. This is not appropriate.

Housekeeping didn’t bother to clean our room! I wasn’t expecting clean towels but after a long day I thought I would come to a clean room.

Large room was perfect for our family.

This was a last minute hotel reservation due to travel issues. I was pleasantly surprised how fast and easy the check in process was. The next morning, Shellie greeted us and was very helpful with information in the area. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one.
