Comfort Suites Chicago O'Hare Airport

The property was clean. Breakfast is in the restaurant and had decent options. Water and coffee available all day. The shuttle is a bit weird in that you have to sign up for it. The shuttle is pretty fast for a pickup from the blue line.

The room was very clean when we arrived the first day. I would have liked room service to remove the small trash bags without having to text and request. The breakfast included in the stay was a nice bonus. Overall the stay was great for the price.

We stayed the night before and after the flight out of town. The property was conveniently located. we did not get a chance to see all they have to offer but the gentleman at the counter was very polite and very helpful on getting us to and from airport. When we got out of the airport after waiting for an hour to get of the plane. He got us a shuttle within 5min. Thanks to the shuttle drivers to getting us safely to and from airport.

Room 515 was ok, like the living area of the suite. Ac/heat unit was really loud might want 2 check that. Also had trouble finding a parking spot on the property especially paying $20 for parking. Breakfast was mediocre also.

Great customer service. My room was clean & the bed was comfortable. The airport shuttle was a plus. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Do not stay here. Bad area, hotel is very run down. The photos have to be when it was first built. It is terrible and not very safe and hookers. I booked this hotel because it was close to O'Hara Airport and how the pictures on the website advertised it. Only plus was the staff.

Hotel was more run down than expected for a Comfort Suites

Close to some restaurants/bars. Parking is not worth the $20/night fee and has limited spaces for the size of the hotel.

The room was relatively clean though it could have benefited from vacuuming. The fitness center was closed and there was no alternative. The furniture is beaten up and the room is dated. The room was extremely quiet. Their airport shuttle is awesome. The staff is very helpful. The location, assuming you need to be near the airport, is great. Overall, I'd rate this an above average stay that could have been better.

An older property but the room was large, they are all suites, clean and quiet. The bathroom towels were very nice and large The shuttle was very prompt. The breakfast sufficient. The front desk was very nice. The unos restaurant next to the lobby was ok

Last minute booking because of an unexpected lay over at O'Hare. Comfortable and clean room and reasonable choice of food at breakfast.

This is a very tired hotel. It is not convenient to any fast food restaurants. Only one elevator was working and it’s an eight story building. I will not stay here again.

Hotel is close and convenient to the airport and was good value. Staff was super helpful and appreciate they give you a snack for breakfast when you have an early flight.

We loved the 24 hour shuttle service and the drivers were communicative and accommodating.

Terrible rooms with strong smoke and animal smells and tear furniture, we left the hotel and asked for a refund, pictures do not match reality
