When I got there to check in, the security person said This place is a homeless Shelter

I got scammed and the place was turned into a homeless center and booking. com did not return my money after I called them and told them I never stayed there because the management told me that they should have never put them on their list of rooms because they knew it was a homeless center and I want my money back from Super Bowl Sunday weekend. I will be suing y'all because they won't return my money.

The property no longer is open as a motel. It is now a shelter for homeless people.

This hotel doesn’t even exist. It’s been a homeless shelter for over o e year It’s a homeless shelter. It’s not a hotel.

The fact that this co. And booking.com both had the nerve to book a room when the motel was out of business, turned into a homeless shelter, I am beyond pissed! And to still send me surveys like this You both will be contacted by lawyer!! Get your information correct

Nothing - this property has been turned into a homeless shelter. It was locked up and I could not stay there. I had to very quickly find another place to stay. Room was in poor physical condition but the worst part was the room was heavily infested with cockroaches from walls and lamp shades to the bath tub to the beds themselves. Took photos. Had to check out that same evening and look for accommodations elsewhere. Just a totally bad experience. Hotel said they couldn't refund the charges but had to go back through hotels.com.
