Everything Was so good.

The shower absolutely sucked , there was a random hole in it and no door so the water would fly everywhere inside the room, Our ac didn’t work . I think I’ll skip out this hotel next time , Westin is much better . Bar closed super early also

Excellent customer service plus when my 8 year-old accidentally walked into the elevator 10 seconds before I did and the door closed, their security team was able to help immediately and found her within minutes on a lower floor (she had exited the elevator). Remind your kids if they get lost to stay put!

The bed was comfy! The room was nice and clean. I wish the hot water in the shower was hotter.

This is hotel is situated at the heart of downtown San Francisco. Really easy access to many restaurants, pub and popular tourist destination. Most parts of the city is reachable by a 10-15 mins cab ride. Staff at reception were really great. Rooms were very clean with a decent view of the city. There was nothing specific that we disliked. But we got a different room compared to what we actually booked. We booked a normal room and got a corner one. Not sure if it is Booking's fault or hotel's

this was one of the best hotel experiences i’ve had. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was able to check in hours early ($50 fee) and check out late (complimentary). the hotel was in a great walkable location, clean, and comfortable. I thought it was a nice touch that there are free ice and water refill stations on every floor of the hotel. the market they have in the lobby is very convenient and I enjoyed getting coffee there in the morning. they gave me a $15 credit for the market upon check in which was also very nice to immediately be able to get a snack at no additional cost. the lobby is basically a beautiful lounge and I was able to relax and eat a meal down there after check out, prior to going to the airport. if I am ever back in SFO again, i’ll be definitely be coming back. thank you to the staff!! actually can’t think of anything that could’ve been better. like I said, one of the best hotel experiences i’ve had. no complaints.
