We have stayed at this hotel a few times and we always had a great stay. This time, I noticed that there were bags of trash and dirty linens in piles outside of my front door the entire night. They were not ours. No one came to clean it or go wash the dirty laundry and it was just left in the halls until the next day. Also, it would be nice to have a microwave in the room. The staff is nice and the hotel is close to everything, but leaving trash and dirty laundry in the halls is unhygienic.

Old systems and extremely slow check in. They were kind and waived the resort fee for waiting. Called and asked about late check out before booking, reiterating my desire with purchase notes, communicated with staff about it, then the house manager was mad and didn’t let us stay late because they were fully booked even when we agreed to pay for it. They were kind and let me use the lobby fridge and microwave for leftover food but those amenities aren’t available in the rooms.

Great place to vibe before the night and has parking 😁

If you’re super knit picky, I’m sure you could find problems with this place. It served me well for the one night I was in town. Super quick walk to the Orpheum Theatre and thankfully had parking available inside the garage.

Was crazy expensive to pay for parking, but at least my car was safe.

Really good location. Close to everything. I walked to so many places. Clean properly. Nice spacious rooms. Cool author room names. Small lame breakfast. Parking if u need it. Swimming pool on sister property. 2nd time here.

Greeted upon arrival. Was very nice

Overall, it was fine for the one night we stayed there. We reserved 2 deluxe king rooms. We arrived 2 hrs after check-in time and 1 of the rooms was barely ready and the other 1 was ready. The bathroom floor in 1 of the rooms did not seem to be cleaned. There were hairs on the floor, etc. The beds were comfortable. Not super noisy at night. The morning pastries and coffee were appreciated. Parking was easy and a huge plus. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

Только размещение отеля. Terrible staff. I was greeted as if I had arrived at their home uninvited. The floors in the room were dirty, and the worst part was the strong smell of old furniture. I stayed there for two days, and all of my clothes ended up smelling like it because I hung them in the closet area. The breakfast was disappointing as well — the rolls and pastries were clearly stale and not fresh. Unfortunately, my overall experience was very negative. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to others.

We had booked two rooms in Hotel Fiona for two nights, rooms were clean, the rooms had no microwave or a mini fridge which was a little inconvenient for us and breakfast only consisted of coffee some cakes and croissants!Overall the stay was not bad.
