The hotel was really clean and comfy. Only major inconvenience is parking your vehicle blocks away. Over night parking can run up to 50 dollars.

Staff professional and helpful. Rooms were clean but very small. nice new bathrooms. Convenient location close to light rail train and hop on hop off tour bus stop

Convenient location and well maintained. Only 2 things I would change: 1) put in A/C that works a little better and 2) maybe a faster elevator so we wouldn't have to climb the 5 or 6 stores to our room everything bc that thing took FOREVER

Pros: Beds were comfortable. A white noise machine was provided. Bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, & body soap. The common area and lobby were very cute. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The kitchen had filtered water and an ice machine. The hotel is central making it easy to get around. Cons: The room smelled slightly like urine. It sounded like there was a bowling alley above us. The bathroom sink was in the room.

Cute boutique hotel. Clean, well maintained. Great kitchen amenities, hot and cold filtered water, microwave, communal fridge, coffee machine, ice machine. Cooking and lounge space on the floors. Drawbacks: room was tiny. Asked for extra pillow and was not accommodated. Kind and friendly front desk staff.

Super clean. Bathroom had adequate towels. The lady at reception was excellent. Having a laundry really helps. TV was a challenge but got there in the end. Good location to Bart and Muni. Staying again on the return trip home. Nothing.

The kindness of Alafa (I might write it wrongly, she is American Persian) she was so kind and did everything she can to solve the issues I faced at the hotel. Her kindness compensated every single problem. Thank you. Too old and the smell sometimes.
