Online reservation indicated that breakfast was included, only to find out on the day of checkout it was not. Apparently, some code had to be assigned to include breakfast in your price per night stay. That need to be highlighted and made clear to online customers.

It was a good property check in was fast and staff was friendly

Hotel was ok, not Westin standards but good for the price. Bed was comfortable walls were thin and wasn't as clean or up to date as I prefer

It’s OLD completely run down hotel property! The room smell is something awful. I woke up each morning with a pounding headache from the mold. Gym completely rundown!!

We stay here every chance we can when we are in San Antonio, the room has always been clean and the staff very friendly. The food is delicious. The other quality about the hotel is the location, within a mile there is plenty of choices for quality food asian,indian, tex-mex and American.

My room was super hot they need to fix the central units all on the 19th floor .... that made our stay horrible

A decent hotel for the price. Hotel room was clean but not the traditional level that I have come to expect from the Westin Brand. It was a really clean hotel, it just felt a little dated.

Its a clean hotel but, Im used ti hotels that have been remodeled with the showers that have glass doors. The Westin I stayed at in Dallas was better. It had wood floors and the new showers. This one had carpet that looked old and dull looking.

Very clean facilities. I was slightly disappointed in the bathroom. I would have thought the tub & shower would have been bigger and nicer. The WAS very clean

This hotel is only 10 minutes by car from downtown, which is good. I didn’t expect to pay for parking. Breakfast was the same every day. The pools were dirty and the jacuzzi didn’t work. So, will stay in a hotel close to town if I wanted to visit again San Antonio. The hallway in the 16th floor was not vacuum in all our stay. We hope the administrators do a better job on this property. Staff was polite, so.

Very nice with great location and facilities. It was clean and well lit. The pools were clean as was the hot tub. Day staff were very helpful and friendly. SHORT TOILETS!! Come on folks, I am 5'5" & I felt my knees were at my chin. I'm a female so did not like that at all & felt sorry for the men who had a long way down, especially if they were tall. The check in night lady forgot to tell us that the elevator wouldn't open unless you used your key & since I was on the wrong side, I didn't know that until another guest got in & told us. That would have been helpful information. She wasn't very friendly in my book, but the day people way made up for her. Not knowing I had to be on the left side inside the elevator and use my key!!

Well this is my hotel of choice when visiting back home in San Antonio. My visit back on the weekend of May 29th the room had the previous guest towels hanging from the shower head which I thought was disgusting and unclean and my recent stay on June 5th weekend there was hair in the bed and for some reason none of the rooms I've ever stayed in drain properly so the water just rises while you're showering, so annoying.

The television and refrigerator did not work. They took a long time to check the television and no one showed up to fix the refrigerator.

The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly. The parking lot was ridiculously packed and they had a whole section blocked off. I had to call the front desk and they had someone open up the blocked off side of the parking. The hotel is very dated and there were rips in the carpet and the floor boards were tore up. Our room had ripped carpet, stained bathtub and chairs, and both sinks leaked all over the place when you turned them on. Good thing we only stayed one night because I did not feel comfortable even stepping in the shower with the dirty bathtub. The main reason we booked this hotel was for the hot tub so we could relax on our trip. Upon arrival the hot tub was broken. Overall very disappointed with the entire experience.

Waited too long to check in at front desk. Bed was comfortable.

Room was clean but definitely hidden fees once we arrived. (Parking and WiFi)

Price was acceptable A little dated, especially in the shower/bathtub…

Hotel was super outdated, room smelled like mildew. No fan in the bathroom. Parking is $11 per night?! Just okay experience. When I come back to SA i’ll choose somewhere else.
