Reviews
-
Great location on the River Walk.
-
Been there many times this time the customer service wasn’t quite as good as usual but all in all a great place to stay
-
You couldn’t ask for a better location. Go to the River Level and the Riverwalk is out the front door and the Alamo is out the back.
-
But, the beds/pillows were not very comfortable and the A/C was hard to operate, it would get really hot in the middle of the night and I’d be pushing the button to turn the air down and nothing would happen. Also, the Spurs were in the finals the nights we stayed and Spurs fans have a really annoying habit of driving around downtown blasting their car horns for hours after a win. The hotel apologized in advance and warned us this might happen if the Spurs won. But omg it was so hard to fall asleep listening to all those morons laying on their horns for hours at night. Just don’t book here when Spurs are playing finals and championships games. And go Knicks.

The property is located right at the center of the river walk - excellent location, great rooms and overall nice upscale feel.

Don’t ever use a third party to book. They overbooked the rooms. Our first night was bumped to a conference room with a pull out couch. The staff really helped make it a great experience

Great location

Centrally located. Nice room. Comfortable bed. The view was fair (not a great river view).
