Staff was respectful, room cleanliness is bad

Very mid location. It did what it needed to do but nothing more.

Disappointing. Smaller room than expected, had to ask for things like plates and silverware, plus the coffee maker - they didn’t offer Keurig. Breakfast consisted of coffee and 2 packages of very basic packaged food. No automatic doors at the entry and with my wife in a wheelchair, getting through the 2 sets of entry doors was a pain and then likewise for the luggage cart. The place needs a major updating. It would also appear that they have some sort of government housing contract.

Kinda gross tbh. Pillows smelled of cigarettes, drippy ceiling, dirty shower floor, too expensive. Wouldn’t recommend

The property was run down and the room was dirty. Disgusting bathroom. No turn down service. I had to go get clean towels from the desk and the guy expected me to bring him the dirty towels myself. Terrible service. Will never stay here again.

Remodel it. Get professional workers, Clean it up this hotel for this area some the customers feel confident. It smelled awful. It was dirty. Blood spots on the so called comforter. I had to clean the bathroom with cleaning items I purchased.

Period and pee stains on mattresses, The hotel stinks is moldy is mildew, it was a spider in my towel, the government shelters homeless people and they hangout all day n night, microwave, sink shower tub moldy, rusty dirty, hair in shower , dirt all over sink, carpet is wet all over, visible signs of water damage, saw a roach, it was so nasty I could not baby sit my grand child because we all became sick from the mildew, I felt unclean trying to take a shower, no soap or anything provide, breakfast was a insulting joke

The parking lot and outside areas were well kept. The check in prices was slow due to malfunctioning electronics. The bathroom was not clean. There was hair on the toilet lid and in the shower as well as what appeared to be a blood clot on the shower curtain. I would not recommend this establishment.

The hotel was a dump, it smelled, and it was dirty. The shower was filthy. A used wash cloth was in the shower. The bathroom floor was warped and peeling away from the tub.

This property is in need of room upgrades. Older property. Not as clean as other properties I've stayed at in the same area. Won't stay there again.

Clean, spacious suite with a fully equipped kitchenette and comfy bed. Staff were helpful and check-in was smooth. It’s basic but well-maintained and quiet—great value for a longer stay.

Good location

The room smelled musty . They tried to cover it up with cleaning supplies.. the shower didnt work at all. They didnt have a coffee maker available nor much of the dish pack. The continental breakfast was packets of oatmeal , a blue berry muffin or energy bar. Coffee and juice. Not much choice of anything on limited to 2 items. Phone was unplugged and couldn't find where the phone jack even was. Very outdated. Will not stay there again nor recommend it.

The building and the room were old, run down, dirty and the whole place smelled like stale cigarette smoke.

No one was at the front desk at checkout time, and there were no posted instructions.

The breakfast was just a muffin and coffee. So it’s not a real breakfast. The person at the front desk was rarely ever there. The people in the room next to mine were smoking so my room and clothes smelled like smoke. They wouldn’t move us because they said the hotel was sold out. The tub in the bathroom was in desperate need of bleach and new caulk. The tub had been painted on the inside and it was chipping. There were horders moving there stuff out and their stuff was all over the sidewalk and they slept in their car. There was dog poop in the grass everywhere. And there were lots of random people hanging around out side that looked like drug addicts. I would not recommend this hotel, ever.

Good for a no-frills extended stay. The suite is spacious with a full kitchenette and the bed is comfortable enough for the price. It’s clean and quiet. Solid if you need space and a place to cook.go there if you need quiet, or functional place to stay.

This property should be rated as disappointing by Expedia, but they rate it as very good. This hotel is a very long way from ‘very good’. The Expedia rating is dishonest and misleading, and makes you conclude that they are getting a consideration from the hotel. Avoid this property at cost. You can do much better for the same price elsewhere.
