I like the fact it was a private room and private bath. A separate area for kitchen. Really liked this set up, but there are reasons that will make me think again about staying here. The overall setup and check in went well. When I checked in the front desk clerk was really nice. We stayed 2 nights. The first night was fine when we checked in but the 2nd night was a whoaaaaa moment. WE HAD BUGS!! It was the those flying fruit bugs. I was saddened by the fact it was so many in the kitchen area, the bathroom, and the bedroom the last (2nd) night we stayed. I did complain to a young clerk upon checkout, and she admitted they have a problem there at the location I stayed. GREAT location for area food, & shops, but OMMG they really need to get some exterminators badly.

Clean and quiet room other than the refrigerator compressor was a little loud. I’ll take this over slamming hotel doors which we did not hear at all so it was very quiet. Great place to stay!

My family and I stayed here for over a month while my husband was working in the area. We had a positive experience overall. Great staff! They were all helpful from housekeeping, maintenance, receptionist to manager. The room had everything we needed - little kitchen to make meals, toiletries, little helpful items such as mini dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, etc. The lobby has free coffee and tea 24/7 which my husband and I loved! Another plus was the free laundry. I would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area. We truly appreciated the kindness and hospitality from the entire staff during our stay.

The staff was nice. Our door wouldn't lock, so we requested a new room because anyone can get in without a key. We couldn't get another room until the next day.

Through my state and did not like it had been cleaned since the last person I’ve been in there other than the bed lines being changed the floors are sticky. There’s random stuff all over the carpet had a awful smell to the room and just look like nothing I’ve really been cleaned at all.
