Very difficult to navigate between hotel tower. This property is a bit long in the tooth.

Front desk lady that checked me in was impolite about me staying 1 night in the suite. Also was told she was surprised I was allowed to rent the suite and laughed. Got up to the suite, wallpaper is peeling in the window seal area. Lamp to left of bed was not working, just run down over all. Would rather stay at another hotel for similar price with better rooms and amenities. Real shame, will never stay again.

Clean room and smelled well. Staff was amazing. Casino well kept. Parking was fantastic!

Excellent price for just a quick overnight stay. Beat all other hotels in the area. Good food available 24hrs. Casino looked nice but didn't play.

My room was chosen for me and it was horrible dirty walls the tile in the bathroom was broken and had mold . There was a hole in the wall by the AC unit , my room receipt said my room was at the sky tower walked all that way with my luggage to be told by the nice lady cleaning the rooms it was at the casino and that the receipt had been that way over a year and when she told her manger they didn’t seem to care so I had to walk all the way back!

It took us a bit to find where to park. And the rooms didn't have microwaves. But we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Very close to the city center. It’s easy to walk around. Very clean and friendly staff.

The room was clean. Then bed was comfortable. I felt safe at the hotel. The staff accommodated me booking an extra day as I my flight was delated a day. Also, a cleaning lady checked on my room and made sure I had enough towels though I did not request them, that was nice. Over all it was a good experience. The curtain hang over the AC unit. A minor issue.

Very long walk from lobby to room. Very long walk from room to the bar. We’d had a bad day, a bar just downstairs would have been nice.

I liked the people who helped at the registration desk, the bell hopes, the room nice and clean I didn't like the ice machine on the floor wasn't working and I needed ice for my foot and leg, I was told that they didn't do room service, and for me to go on another floor to get ice, did not like that,oh yeah they didn't have a microwave either
