Really great location. Best pic yet!

There was no parking so we had to park a couple of blocks away. We were not even able to drive up to the hotel entrance to unload our luggage. We were given a pass to the lounge at check-in, but it was open only until 7 pm (around the time we arrived). In the morning, the only options were coffee and tea. The actual hotel was nice and we appreciated the fact that it was non-smoking and did not have a casino! Fortunately there were a few nearby restaurants not attached to casinos.

Very clean and spacious rooms!!! Staff was great and helpful. No casino which was a bonus. Centrally located in downtown Reno. Nice and quiet, too.

Quick overnight stay for a wedding. Traffic getting to hotel was horrible so we had only time to check in change and get to wedding. The valet staff was EXCELLENT and accomodated our super quick turn times. Extremely helpful!
-
Let’s start with this being a $325 room in RENO. When I walked in the room, it had an odd smell. It turns out there was an unflushed turd in the toilet. Then I left quickly to report to the front desk and the elevator got stuck with me in it for 10 minutes. They offered lounge access as the “apology.” Oh, and the TV would not turn on either.
-
Parking was poor. Need access to be on the north west corner of the garage closest to the hotel. To walk all of the way to the far side of the garage to get on the elevator is ridiculous.
-
Clean, large room. Restaurant and bar in building, easy to locate, downtown Reno.
-
The rooms are spacious and extremely clean. As were the bathrooms. Phoned the staff to be friendly and helpful. I did not eat breakfast in the room, but we had dinner one evening and it was exceptionally good.
-
Clean room, friendly staff. You enter and immediately notice how clean the hotel is.
-
Fun hotel. Cool rock climbing wall Parking was interesting and quite a distance from the hotel. They do have valet parking but should maybe come with hotel.
-
Clean, quiet, with comfortable beds. We felt safe and secure. Bowling center within walking distance. Nice restaurant is attached with a varied menu. The tub was very slippery.
-
We lived that our dog was very welcome and he even got a little goodie bag. We also really enjoyed the restaurant attached to the hotel. Parking was also very easy to walk to. One of our keys didn't work and made the elevator difficult to use but other than that nothing.
-
Dog friendly and valet service solid. Good location and restaurant is above par. No issues at all.
-
The rooms and bed were very clean and comfortable.there was no smoke smell anywhere.the restaurant was great and the staff were quick and accommodating the location is great also so close to everything.will definitly stay there again

Clean and courteous staff

We loved that we could bring our doggies as they are part of our family! The staff is wonderful, even providing you with a goodie bag for each pet. The rooms were beautiful, we stayed up on the hospitality level and thoroughly enjoyed the evening happy hour and morning coffee/snacks. The location was perfect, and the rooms were modern and clean. There really wasn’t anything that we didn’t like about the property! Everything was great! I will mention that they do have events that can be a bit loud. If you are concerned about that, just make sure you are above the fourth floor and you won’t hear it.
-
The staff not friendly!!! I pay for continental breakfast didn’t receive the passes. The food is very bad in the service. Terrible. I would not come back to the place anymore for the price. It was ridiculous. The location and the day that we check out, we had a walk like three blocks for a parking lot with our luggage. They didn’t offer the shuttle.
-
Paid top dollar for a hotel that only had a gym a cheap restaurant and roc climbing… I changed hotels stayed at the peppermill for the same price it had several restaurants… pool/spa, gambling machines, multiple bars, lots of extras… I felt I was ripped off and over charged for a hotel that offered nothing like the rest of the Reno hotels do… I would compare it to a more 6 with a ihop next to it
-
Clean room and public space with a great bar and Resturant.
-
The staff was very accommodating and we wished we were able to spend another day and night to enjoy the amenities.
