Increase the number of restaurants that serve breakfast and open them up earlier. Millie’s was very good. Good food great service.

Would I go again? Yes, but would reject any room that is not perfect.

The staff were very helpful. We decided to stay an extra day and we were able to keep the same room!

Came to see Cirque Alice. Show and room were great. Highly recommend the show!

The room was clean, the food was great. The air conditioner in our room barely cooled, called 4 times to get it fixed, nobody ever showed up. Escalators weren't working. But over all a good experience.

Nice and affordable place to stay for a bowling tournament. Staff were very pleasant. Only knock would be the showers weren't made for tall people. ;)

The lights in the bathroom would not work, only the small vanity light came on. There was little to NO cold water in the taps, both the sink and shower. The outlets in the bathroom were loose in the wall and could not be used as whatever I plugged in would simply fall out.

We loved our 700 sq ft room with a hot tub. The elevator door made loud squeaking noises that we could hear from our room. During dinner hour, only 1 elevator was working, and we had to wait 5 minutes to be picked up. About 15 people were waiting when we got off. Otherwise, bars, tables, Rum Bullions, Brew Bros., etc were all nice amenities. Pool was so tiny that we didn’t even consider going in.

I really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The room was very nice and clean and the hotel was in a great location for places I was going. The staff was really nice and everything I needed was available during my stay. I would recommend this place for a Reno visit.
