The Pensacola Beach Resort

We’ve already started planning a return trip! I can’t speak highly enough about Pensacola Beach Resort.

The front desk staff and the restaurant are very service oriented and helpful. This was our second time and they exceeded our expectations. Only issue we encountered was that there was service being done to AC units and because of that we had black water, in tub, shower, and sinks for a few hours. The maintenance team was able to check it, and the water needed to be run for a while to purge the lines.

What an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, everything exceeded my expectations. The beachfront room was absolutely beautiful, clean, and offered breathtaking views. The amenities were top-notch, and everything was easily accessible throughout the resort. The food was outstanding, with plenty of delicious options to enjoy during my stay. What truly made the experience special was the exceptional staff. From the front desk team to the housekeeping and maintenance crews, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to making guests feel welcome. The entire property was clean, well-maintained, and relaxing. I had an incredible time and created wonderful memories during my stay. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a beachfront getaway, and I will definitely be returning in the future! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The pool was amazing that had stairs directly to the beach

Check-in was smooth, staff polite and professional, parking easy, room fantastic, view amazing. Great location, beach awesome, pool amazing! Highly recommend

Beautiful hotel with great amenities right on the beach

Beach view was nice, location was convenient to nearby restaurants, and bar tenders were great. Would not recommend going to the Windrose restaurant for dinner on site. The staff gave another guest access to our room during our stay which made for an embarrassing interaction for us and that guest. They comp'd our last night after the mistake (which is why this is 3 stars and not 1). But, overall this was a mediocre experience. There were multiple mistakes that degraded the quality of our stay and I would not choose to stay here again.

The property was beautiful, inviting, clean and the food in the Resort was really good. The staff were all friendly and helpful. My only 2 complaints were no microwaves in the rooms and the food at the Salty Rose was subpar for the prices. The drinks were good at The Salty Rose.

Only thing that might have been nice to have is shuttle offers to/from the airport and to major sites close by. We had rain the whole time we were there and the cost of transportation is outrageous and there’s not much to do there if you aren’t able to spend time at the beach or pool.

Super clean hotel, loves the immediate access to the beach and the pool was awesome too. Loved the restaurant in the hotel too, great for easy meals without having to leave the hotel.

This hotel was amazing and the location was perfect. I would 1000% recommend.

Loved that the elevator went straight from underground parking area to the floor of our room. Beautiful view, plenty of balcony space. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful, always asking if there was anything we needed and always greeting us. Bar area was a great spot to start the day and unwind - Leah and Cat were fantastic. Taylor was very helpful when we checked in, explained everything in detail - and tracked me down outside when I left my phone at the front desk. With the experience at the resort, location near the pier / boardwalk and short drive to Palafox St, we honestly had a better time than we expected. Would definitely stay there again.

Rooms are clean! All the staff was fantastic! Actually have good food in the restaraunts!pool area is very nice with tiki bar! Beach has so much room and not overun ! We will be back!!

Tiki bar was super disappointing Towels were not always available No laundry services No microwave You have to pay extra for the beach chairs (this will never be acceptable for me) Service was okay.. Pros: Amazing shower Great bed Good views Good Internet I was hoping I could be out at the pool and enjoy a good time with great drinks from the tiki bar. I got one drink, didn't seem like there was any alcohol for $13 so I didn't use the tiki bar again. This is a serious let down! I had high expectations for spending good money at the tiki bar and enjoying the pool but it did not happen unfortunately..

It’s worth it . Beautiful location. The pool is amazing. Get the balcony, trust me it’s worth it . My wife and spent three days there for a small getaway. I don’t think we’ve ever been more relaxed . The food at the hotel is a bit pricey for what it is . The board walk is just up the way . With a plethora of options in restaurants . We would 1000% come back and plan too . You won’t be disappointed
