Beach at the bay was perfect, staff was great Our specific room had some issues with bathroom door falling apart due to moisture, sink pipes separated and leaked everywhere but maintenance was in our room quickly to fix the leak

Elizabeth who serves breakfast is the best 👏, the reception staff are very unfriendly, the room was very clean but the pool is tiny and doesn’t open until 9:00 a.m.

Amazing 4 day stay!! First time to Pensacola & we will definitely be back!! Everyone was SUPER friendly & helpful!! Special shoutout to Kelly at the front desk & Elizabet who made outstanding breakfast daily!! The only negative was no private balconies overlooking the Gulf

Good location and private little beach area, kyack were included with stay Beds were very uncomfortable , both beds had a huge dip in them that almost caused to to roll off

I liked the location, walk to everything, I liked having the option to use bikes, paddle boards and kayaks. Bikes were fun, the weather didn't allow for the others. The pool and fire pit area were good, Elizabet was great at breakfast, super friendly, and really kind. Kelly at the front desk was super friendly. The maintenance workers were prompt at coming to fix the sink and bring fresh linens for the beds. While the common areas were clean and nice, the cleanliness of the room was sub-par, especially considering the price. The sink started leaking, quickly fixes. There was dirt on the walls, the linens were blood stained and stained from maybe drinks or something. The guest laundry took forever and the dryers still didnt dry my clothes after being in for almost 2 hrs. I ended taking them to the laundromat down the the street. (I did get some of the money spent back). While Elizabet was great, the breakfast was a let down.

The toilet was hard to flush and housekeeping never came to the room.

The staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Different each day. Different options to choose from. Beach view (the bay view) was beautiful. Can fish back there and relax. There was an option for paddle boards, kayaks and bikes. But we could not utilize them because the weather. We will be back!!

Breakfast was good but could start early. We had early fishing and had to grab something at McDs. Need more spaced out times for BF. Too many people standing and waiting their turn. Wider time span for BF and it wasn't quite ready at 730

Location was amazing. Right on the strip with the shops and restaurants and also one parking lot away from the beach. Nice little hideaway out back on the water with chairs to sit and relax. The pool was small but considering it’s right in between two bodies of water, that’s pretty irrelevant. Breakfast was good but minimal and the coffee was good. Staff was nice and helpful when needed. We stayed for four days and had no issues. Would recommend 👍

Great place

Breakfast was good, there was no room service for cleaning in our 3 nights of stay. Beach and everything else is super accessible.
