The pictures look NOTHING like the room. I am so tired of hotels getting away with using AI photos. The price was NOT work it. Also, the view was not as shown and we got stuck right next to the generator, so we heard that all night which was not fun to listen to. We booked the king deluxe room and it was so outdated and there were stains on the curtains and the door was so old I was having to use force to open and close it. I did take videos, but apparently I can only upload photos. Then for some reason on the day before we left, both our room cards stopped working and I tried to contact the front desk via the chat and no one answered, so my husband when down there and since he wasn’t on the reservation, they wouldn’t let him get the keys updated. The front desk never tried to contact me. So I had to carry all of our stuff down and go to the front desk being pregnant b/c our cards stopped working and no one was answering. I’m not impressed with the rooms, views, or the service and definitely not worth the price. Also the WiFi was having issues. Thank goodness I brought my own with me.

Very clean! There were several times I tried to call the front desk and did not get an answer. I was told I could get a cart to carry my stuff down and when I went to get it they wouldn’t let me have one without a person attached which was annoying. The bellman was extremely rude. I’m still shocked by the rudeness!

Location. Breakfast was good. Needs to be updated. Furniture, showers, outdoor facilities, etc. Curtains were broken, ice machine was broken on our floor. Only had one bellboy to help with luggage and no extra luggage carts to haul your own luggage. Had to ask several times to have my room cleaned.

Our room had stains on the walls, hair on the bathroom shower not from us, mold on all the lamp shades and all of us our stuff was damp from just being in the hotel room.

Checked in late around 9pm and the manager informed the clerk that she upgraded us to a king parlor. Extremely nice to do so but it messed up our bedding arrangements. There were 3 of us the first night with another coming the next night. No one wanted to share a bed with another person! So that’s why I had originally booked the queen suite with the bunk beds. She gave away our room but was able to accommodate us the first night with all separate beds. She went above our expectations and gave us a full 2 bedroom 2 bath full kitchen awesome suite the rest of our stay. I think this was the best room in the hotel. Also comped our breakfast for 4 the whole stay. She was truly sorry for the inconvenience of us having to move rooms but I don’t know any other hotel management that would have done this much to compensate. Minor inconvenience but huge impression of this hotel management. Thanks. Will return again just because of your hospitality.

It's a nice place to stay but the pools need work. They have nice pools but they do not look clean. They both look really cloudy and could be improved.

The location, the breakfast, and the employees were wonderful. Also the food at the bar outside was good the drinks were good as well.My kids loved the kid activities it was multiple things going on for them daily. I also loved they had Starbucks in the lobby! The hotel needs some serious upgrades, the air conditioning didn't work in our room and had to be replaced we weren't able to go in our room most of the day, they finally replaced it. The pools weren't clean there was only 1 hot tub and the kids were in it because the pool was so cold, the hot tub was like warm. The chemicals weren't balanced in the pools lots of things floating in it. We got a pass to go next door to the holiday inn resort the amenities were very clean.
