Spark by Hilton Orlando near Universal

There was a leak in the bathroom (tub).

Property was clean

Clean rooms, spacious and great location.

Bathroom was in poor shape. Breakfast was ok.

They had very clean rooms, changed the sheets everyday, and friendly environment. Although I would like a greater range of breakfast choices. I was expecting scrambled eggs, waffles, and pancakes. But the bagels were delicious.

This was a very nice place to stay. All the staff had smiles, very friendly. The room was immaculate, even the TV was on with a warm welcome displaying my name. It was nice and quiet, although I didn't use the pool but from what I saw it was in great shape. Universal was minutes down the street. Plenty of places to eat also.

Our room was clean, check in and out was super simple, and the staff was very friendly. Would stay here again!

La ubicación perfecta para llegar a los parques y demás áreas de interés, restaurantes,farmacias,centros comerciales etc.

The facilities and staff are good. They should inform that they charge a $50 fee for pets, as it is not mentioned on the hotel's website. There is no gym and additionally the lobby area was without air conditioning because they had a malfunction.

The breakfast are poor no microwave in the room

Very clean only thing I didn't like was pool closed to early 8pm should be until 12 or 24

No change for wash and dry . No room service for three day stay offered. Charged me $28 for early check in when hotel was completely empty upon arrival 0/10 recommend

It was a decent stay

Loved my stay, the bed was comfy the service was amazing and the breakfast was great. 10/10
