Shuttle service was good, people were friendly, but don't do what they say. Wake up call was good. Planes fly directly over this place, you hear them late at night, and you hear them early in the morning. No pool, though you can go next door to Cambria and use there's. Breakfast is from 6:30 to 9:30. At 7:45 no more eggs. They said they had a full house. So you cannot prepare for that? How often does this happen? Full house and can't afford eggs. Someone is not doing a good job here. Greasy sausages and potatoes, no thanks, I passed. Manager said he would give me 25% off, been a week with Booking.com but nothing. Waiting for the shuttle, they said eggs were coming, never came. I picked this hotel because it said good breakfast, I even called and yes, they said we have eggs. I booked it, disappointed.

The customer service from Angel was excellent she made the time feel like I was home, and i started complaining that the time too quickly. Angel, the number 1 customer service rep I didn't like i didn't get any surprises wine for my birthday

Short drive to the airport. Staff were very friendly. The room was clean, loved the provided Dove soap, hair, and lotion products. And the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. Paying $10 to park your car in the hotel parking lot when you’ve already paid nearly $200 for a 1 night stay is ridiculous.

Some of the people staying here were questionable, but that’s not the hotels fault. Yes, we were next to the airport, but the sound of the planes flying over was extreme. Not too many planes flying past 11pm. Fell asleep after that. I was charged an additional $25 for some reason.

The airplanes are very loud.

Good location, but very limited in drinks. Cooler was almost empty very few snacks. Having to come down from fourth floor to the first floor to get ice. Location of ice machine cooler not being in stock

The friendliest staff! The rooms seemed like they were either thicker or sound-proofed because I could barely hear the planes that flew overhead. The room was quite small for its price.

Excellent, friendly staff. The room was comfortable and clean. I went to the restaurant next door and the food was very good. The only issue was you are right in the path of landing planes. They were approximately 300 to 500 feet overhead. It was very loud. Otherwise great stay, very close to the airport.

Everything was great No complaints

I had no problem sleeping through it all staff was wonderful. Was very pleased to get a late check out time. Only disappointment was they had no eggs for the complimentary breakfast today. Other than that, I would stay again.

The hotel was outstanding! Sparkling clean room, the bed was soooooo comfortable and staff was excellent from check in to check out! Ms. Q at the front desk sets the bar high for customer service!

We loved our stay at this hotel. The facility was ultra modern, the staff was good and the rooms were clean. The location is close to the airport.
