Red Roof Inn Plus Nashville Airport

Was charged a $50 damage deposit upon check in. Was supposed to get that back after check out. Front desk person was friendly enough but spent too much time talking about ailments. I was tired and just wanted to get to my room. No offense.

I was charged an additional 3.29 on my deposit which was not refunded. This is equivalent to theft. And is a poor business practice. No one informed me of this additional fee on the refundable deposit when I checked into the hotel. If this is a tax or fee attached to the room rental then it should have been included in the overall bill and not to the refundable deposit which creates was not supplied as a receipt. I will be speaking with the hotel manager on Monday. If this is not rectified then I will be sure to go public. Possible lawsuit in the making here.

Staff was the best part about the stay. Very nice and quick. You could see a couple stains on the sheets tho. Rest of room was good for the price.

The room didn’t have a refrigerator or microwave. Not even in the lobby. The room itself was small and a bit compacted. Definitely NOT sound proof so you will hear the airplanes. But staff was extremely helpful and polite.

Dirty sheets, dirty walls, snot or another bodily fluid all over the chair. Smoked in for YEARS. Not well maintained. Pictures don’t tell the full story.

Even though it was a good experience I wished it had a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Location was very centrally located and close to the airport. I definitely recommend it.

The bed was horrible .... horrible

Didn't know there was a deposit after I paid for the room online. Kind of dirty and the hair dryer didnt work. Could be better.

Honestly this was a nice well kept place. I have no complaints

Staff was friendly and helpful, room looks great at first glance but the bed is terribly stiff, the water pressure is subpar. The front door doesn’t seal properly so light comes in and the air conditioner made a horrible sound

$50 fee taken at check can’t tell me when it will be returned. If there are surprise fees tell and why and when it is to be returned.

Bed was comfortable and that I liked. Rooms could use an update. Last morning there vanity and bathroom lights didn’t work.

Positives are the room was quiet and clean, is ok for one night. Basic room…get what you pay for!

We had a one night stay. Staff was great. The only thing I would recommend is that there were two more bigger sized towels . A hand towel was not quite big enough to put my hair in to dry.

The staff at front desk very aggressive and mean, they very poor customer service and communication. Rooms never checked during my stay, I had to go and ask for towels, toilet paper and requested to take my trash out. And all what they were saying was that they don’t clean the rooms until the guests leave.. never come back to that place again. And also on top of the charge for my stay they also charge me 6.99 per day for safety… I hope you did pay attention to the reviews because that place awful… 👎👎👎👎👎👎
