Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Nashville Airport

We were able to check in early, the room was spacious and clean. The hot breakfast is the best we have had (and we travel extensively)! Staff at the front desk may have been handling many different duties as often no one was at the front desk and we had to wait longer than usual to be waited on twice.

Should include some hot breakfast items for vegetarian like hash browns or roasted potatoes. Also add another machine for waffle maker. It’s making lots of people to wait…

Location was good for us and our room was clean. Manager Laura checked us into the wrong room with the wrong door keys. We had reserved 2 queen beds non smoking and was checked into a king room so we had to wait for her to get that corrected. Then we got the correct room and could not connect to the free Wi-Fi. We called the desk and was told to just keep trying so we did. That is also what it told us to do on the site so we tried numerous times and could not get connected. That evening we changed into our swimsuits so we could enjoy the spa but could not find a button to turn it on. We went to the front desk and they sent a man to the spa and he couldn’t figure out how to turn it on either. The attendant called Laura but she never returned their call so our first day was a bust and I was ready to change hotels but they assured me Laura would take care of things on Monday. She still has not contacted me a week later and unfortunately we stayed all three days against my better judgement. The spa was also filthy and I will be turning them into the health department. We requested compensation but she avoided us every time I requested to speak with her. We did not get what we paid for and our yearly girls trip was ruined! Is there anything booking can do about this fraud?

Room was plain and basic minimums for charging stations. Breakfast was excellent.

Rooms were super clean though, and mattresses were comfortable- I would say a medium softness, so great for me! Breakfast was decent, they had some hot food options, as well as some grab and go things. It is next to an airport, so you definitely hear the airplanes when they are coming/going. I would stay here again though, I had a good time!

I was disappointed that there was no swimming pool even though the website states there is one Quick uber ride to broadway

Breakfast was good. Location was good for the activities we had lined up. Had a king room. Felt like there was furniture missing. Large open area in the room where a table may have been. A dresser would have been nice.

Staff was friendly and helpful, hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delightful. Plane noise was not nearly the issue I had thought. Overall a good experience

Very nice hotel near airport the noise didn't butter me but if someone doesn't like it pick different hotel .this hotel is 20 min from Broadway st.😆

TV didn’t work in room. Front desk couldn’t fix/switch rooms. No rate compensation or anything for inconvenience.
