Yotel Miami

Staff was great. Loved the conditioner for my curls. Room size was good. Lights were a bit confusing but still cool. I would stay here again. They make a great latte as well and have a nice gym and lounge area.

The amenities are nice. The room had a weird stench in it when I checked in like it needed to be cleaned with disinfectant. So I went to the store and bought bleach. I wiped the surfaces and even the floor, the towel was filthy. There’s no way it was cleaned in depth before I checked in. It was actually musty when I walked in the door so I decided to clean it myself instead of requesting a new room or canceling

Mary & Luna at bar soo nice, very professional and polite. No kettle in room so had to go out of hotel to get coffees in morning before restaurant opened. We brought our own coffee/tea but no facility to boil water! However there was an iron!!!!

Next was the lady barmaid… not friendly at all (a smile would have been nice). As a guest you get two free beers/wine. The barmaid told me that it was only available at the pool bar. I don’t really care and ordered the beers anyway…. She honored my card as if it was a favor. She was more occupied with her cell phone, than with the customers given the time to get her attention. Looked like some hookers we’re hanging around outside… not by the front door but on the side… not really sure but they were smoking weed and looked unsavory. Toilet room had an automatic light and fan. When the fan went on in the middle of the day the room filled up with a strong carbon monoxide smell. It cleared up quickly after I shut the fan off. I did alert management of this. Furniture was cheap and reminded me of something bought at a discount store. Positive note is the bagel place around the block… I think the name was “Miami Bagels”

Rooftop pool and bar pass 30 dol day Good food and good prices good location comfortable room not To big but espacious. Big bathroom. Many power outlets for charging. Safe. One block from Bayfront and close to pharmacy supermarket and many cafes.

Over crowded lobby. Not enough front desk help. Huge lines. Small weird rooms
