Great location and service. I gave 4 because it’s the elevators are small and you have to wait a lot and the restroom is extremely small.

Bay view room is obstructed by wire so no clear view. Bay view room comes with a pedestal sink, not what is pictured on Expedia. Only good thing is the location and restaurant/bar. rooms are terrible

This stop is sufficient for a one night stay before a cruise. Close to the port. Very helpful staff and concierge to get to the terminal but the property is very basic. Smells nice. Beautifully decorated lobby and great restaurant. The room was very small. The bathroom barely big enough for one person to occupy. Linens were clean. Pillows were nice. But the bed was quite worn with divots on each side. It worked for the night but I wouldn’t stay for an extended trip.

Close to pier Lobby was really dirty, Room was comfortable but had to stand on my tippy toes to look out thee window which was odd, Elevators were very slow. Staff really wasnt overly friendly! But room seemed clean , and bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Central location downtown and staff were fantastic. Air con in room 407 was a bit loud.

If the elevator break the only way to get down is to go down the stairs. If you stay request a room from 5th floor on down. We were on the 16th floor so do the math. The stairs were slippery from the condensation. I asked for a handicap room because I had my dad who is disabled due to a stroke. It took me 45 minutes to walk him down, luggage, and a toddler.

What I like about this hotel is how the staff is very polite, friendly, and courteous especially the guests service desk clerk (Franny). Also I can’t say enough about the shuttle service this hotel provide 100% the best. I travel to Miami for my cruise last year and again this year and I stay at the YVE hotel both times and it didn’t disappoint me and my wife. I plan on using this hotel every time I visit Miami.
