Most definitely will stay here again but valet parking is on the expensive side $75.00 a night wish it was cheaper to leave more tips for the valet workers

The area is conveniently located near essential shopping. The $75 daily parking is a bit wild - but there’s an affordable lot nearby with SpotHero. Likely wouldn’t stay again based on the customer service alone.

Check in was easy, but customer service was not all that great. No explanation on how you are supposed to use your room key in the elevator to get to your floor. No WiFi info was given. No amenities info was given. No info on the restaurant in the building or the coffee shop. Beautiful place to stay, but no customer service skills.

First of all, my stay was wonderful. Staff members were all respectful and with great hospitality. The place was also very sanitized. I would recommend to anyone who wants a downtown environment. Also, there are two restaurants in the premises.

For $40 a day it should be obvious. However, I will say that the staff was very friendly and we loved that we were able to use the rooftop pool and have towels and things like that provided while we waited for our room to be readied It was also nice to have semi private south beach accommodations! Pricey, but convenient.

The room was clean, the hotel was clean, the staff was a little stand offish but the location was great and check in was smooth. Highly recommend for anyone staying before a cruise from the Miami port.
