Clean room

The hotel is at a good location. The staff are polite and the rooms are clean and cozy.

Ac was out in The room. Took about 5 hours to have someone come look at it. Once someone arrived they realized the ac was out and couldn’t put me in the same room that i booked. They put me in a one bedroom and that rooms microwave didn’t work. The only accommodation that was made was a 50% discount on the room

Excellent stay, The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Great location, excellent service, and an overall wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

I needed a place near Brickell and this worked out very well. I traveled by "share ride" I got around fast. I was here for just one night and would have loved to have stayed for more. I stayed in a Studio room, bed was awesome! The room comes equipped with everything you can think of - kitchen utensils, washer/dryer. Since I arrived the day before my meetings, I explored the building and found a great place to work - - had little private glass "cubicles" and seating areas. I didn't have much time by to spend at the pool, but maybe on my next visit as it looked inviting - - didn't hurt that the sun was out. There is an area by the hotel called the "worldcenter?" -- had lots of shops and restaurants. Hotel Check In is to your left - they have a sign up - but I missed it - could have been more clear here as I went to the one directly in front of the entrance.

I had to pay a $600 deposit for 4 nights!!! The staff at front was easily annoyed especially the one who checked me in. He was rude and instead of telling me what I needed to know he came to 21 floor to tell me how to get in condescendingly. When I asked about checking out the next morning at 4am I was rudely informed that the desk was open 24 hours. When I checked out I didn’t receive any invoice showing the deposit or that I would be refunded.

Walk around for an expensive hotel for you car, ussually 2-7 blocks around and be ready to pay up to $50.00+ a night for your wheeled companion.

1) ZERO parking. 2) the pool closes crazy early our kids could not utilize. 3) not even an option to buy bottled waters. 4) ONLY a flat sheet for the sofa bed. My children were uncomfortable due to this issue. No blankets. We went to the front desk to ask for blankets, the “security” tells us he has no access to anything and is unable to get ahold of any manager. 5) 150.00 security charge plus an additional “resort fee” of 45.00. In total, almost 400.00 for an awful experience. 6) the “better view” that the representative said our room would have… was the complete construction zone next door. Not at all what I would consider a good view. We definitely would NEVER stay again.

Ask for assistance, always excuses for not being g able to comply, no remote controls for tvs, no bedding for pull out bed, no comforts to stay another night

The bed was the only great thing the view and how clean it was other than that there is no parking for what so ever. Also no food on site at all not even a venting machine they told us was there. Overall the experience was a 2/10 could use some adjustments feels like it was open before a plan was made still some things they can get together and the elevator creeks a little not to fawn of that. And one of the ladies at the front had a attitude mostly don’t appreciate that as well in definitely
