I didn’t like that when housekeeping serviced my rooms, they would leave the garbage and I would have to take it out and someone to throw it away.

Great location You pay $45 a day for parking its valet and the hot water can take 5 mts or more be patient

The pool area needs update, except for 2 lamps there is no other light in the room so when sun goes down it’s hard to see anything.

Good facilities, clean and well located. Impossible to communicate beforehand with the hotel - do not answer email, messages whatsoever. I warned and call them about a late check in, even so they have canceled the reservation due to no show. The lack of sympathy of one attendance was notable. While the other sorted everything out.

Toilet was broken and was leaking all over the floor and we called 3 times and they didn’t come to fix it until we were checking out.
