Staff was not helpful at all. They gave me the wrong room when I requested to keep the same room I had when I reserved my queen room. Now they’re trying to overcharge my card so no I won’t be visiting that one again.

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made the experience special was the exceptional customer service. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and the team consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The location was also excellent, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. Great staff, great location, and a fantastic atmosphere. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again in the future.

It was within walking distance of where we wanted to go during our stay. That’s about it. Everything else. The prices, parking situation and fees, traffic was insane in this area of town.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Hotel daily credit was $17 I only got $15 and nothing cost $17 or less. You have to pay extra money regardless of what you buy on the property. House service car staff was not the best. They did not want to drive in the traffic.
